Old Soul, New Flow

This historic Ryan Place home deserved a primary suite that matched the rest of the house, so we started over completely.

We gutted the primary bath and closet down to the studs and reworked the layout from scratch. Moving the shower, toilet and vanities around the room let us make much better use of every square foot. The new design is more efficient and more comfortable for everyday routines, and it feels more open than before.

Custom cabinetry runs through the space, adding storage that’s both beautiful and practical. Every selection was made with the home’s history in mind. We matched the features and historic materials found elsewhere in the house, so the new suite feels like it has always belonged there.

The result is a primary bath and closet that feels luxurious and modern in how it works, while honoring the character of one of Fort Worth’s most beloved historic neighborhoods. It’s the kind of thoughtful, detail-driven remodel Hurley House Co. is proud to deliver.
