Ryan Place Spa Bath & Coffee Bar.

This Ryan Place project brought modern comfort into a historic home without losing what makes it special.

In the primary bath, we created a true at-home spa. The shower includes body jets and a digital shower system, so the homeowners can set their temperature and flow with the touch of a button. Heated floors and towel warmers make every morning more comfortable, especially on cold days. Every feature was planned to make daily routines feel like a retreat.

Beyond the bath, we built a custom coffee and wet bar that feels original to the house. Our team carefully matched the historic trim and details from the kitchen and carried them through to the new space. The result is a bar that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home while adding everyday function.

From high-tech comfort to historic craftsmanship, this remodel reflects what Hurley House Co. does best: thoughtful design, careful detail and spaces built for the way our clients live.
